These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through vortek.co.za. By placing an order you confirm you have read and agree to these terms.

Products
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens. We never knowingly misrepresent product specifications. If you believe a product was materially different from its description, contact us — we will resolve it in line with our Returns Policy and your rights under the CPA.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Vortek is not VAT registered — no VAT is charged on your purchase.

Prices may change at any time. The price you pay is the price confirmed at checkout.

Orders and Payment
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order — for example in cases of pricing errors or stock issues. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayFast.

Returns
See our Return and Refund Policy. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are not limited by these terms.

Intellectual Property
All content on vortek.co.za — including the Vortek name, logo, product images, and copy — is owned by Vortek and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by South African law, Vortek's liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
