Our Commitment
If something isn't right with your order, we will resolve it fairly and promptly in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Change of Mind Returns
If you purchased through a Vortek social media ad, you may return your order within 5 business days of delivery, in accordance with your rights under the CPA.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • You must contact us at Support@vortek.co.za within 5 business days of delivery, quoting your order number, to initiate the return.
  • Return shipping is at the customer's cost, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

How to Return

  1. Email Support@vortek.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via PayFast within 5 business days of approval. Your bank's processing time may add additional days beyond this.

Items We Cannot Accept

  • Items damaged through misuse or accidental damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Returns without a valid order number as proof of purchase.
  • Returns initiated after the applicable return window without prior agreement.
